Glass tint is thin firm that is pasted on the interior or exterior of glass surface in automobile,boats,homes and building. There are different firm available from a different manufacture. Window tinting is made up of polyester usually. Polyester used for clarity,strength and dimensional stability. There are many different grades, shades, colours, and thicknesses of available window films built to offer solutions to a variety of challenges in Australia. Window tint are used to reduce the heat.
All States and Territories in Australia stipulate a maximum darkness, known as the visible light transmission level or VLT of 35% on all vehicle windows (excluding the front windscreen, which cannot have any window film, except for a visor strip across the top). The only exceptions are NT, which allows a minimum VLT of 16% for windows behind the driver; and WA, which allows 20% VLT on windows behind the driver. There is no limit for windows to the rear of the driver if the vehicle is a light truck or commercial, or other goods carrying vehicles and buses.
